- Fresh eggs (as many as you want)

Method
- 
Get a pan ready - choose one that fits your eggs comfortably in a single layer with room for water to cover them.

Place eggs gently in the pan and cover with cold water by about an inch.
 - 
Put the pan on high heat and bring to a rolling boil.
 - 
Once boiling, turn off the heat and cover the pan with a lid.
 -

Once the video is finished, carefully drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water and peel when cool enough to handle.
